Start with our Travel Advisor Development Program, a paid, in-person position designed to introduce you to the day-to-day operations of a professional travel agency and prepare you for a future career as a Travel Advisor.
Already an Experienced Travel Advisor?
Our Independent Travel Advisor opportunity is designed for experienced travel professionals who are ready to manage their own clients and work independently from home on a commission-based independent contractor model.

Development Program

Start Your Career in Travel
Interested in becoming a Travel Advisor but don't have industry experience yet?
Our Travel Advisor Development Program is a paid, in-person opportunity designed to give you hands-on experience inside a working travel agency while preparing you for a career as a professional Travel Advisor.
Your Career Path
Our Travel Advisor Development Program is designed to give you approximately one year of hands-on experience, training, and mentorship as you work toward becoming a professional Travel Advisor.
During your first few months, you'll help support the front office and receptionist responsibilities while completing online industry and supplier training, learning our systems, and getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a travel agency operates.
As your training progresses, you'll gradually take on more travel-planning and client responsibilities, gaining real-world experience and building the skills needed to work independently as a Travel Advisor.
After successfully completing the program, you may have the opportunity to continue as an in-office Travel Advisor or transition to a remote Independent Travel Advisor working on a commission-based model.

Independent
Remote | Independent Contractor | Experienced Advisors
Already have experience as a Travel Advisor and ready for greater flexibility?
Our Independent Travel Advisor opportunity is designed for experienced travel professionals who are comfortable managing clients, planning and booking travel, and building their own book of business independently.
What You'll Do

Research, plan, and book client travel

Manage reservations from inquiry through travel

Provide exceptional client service

Build and maintain your own client base

Develop repeat and referral business

Stay current on destinations, suppliers, and industry developments

Complete ongoing supplier training and professional development
Qualifications
We're looking for Travel Advisors with 1+ years of professional travel-industry experience, ideally 1–3+ years, who:

Have experience planning and booking client travel

Have strong customer service and communication skills

Are organized, professional, and self-motivated

Can confidently manage clients and reservations independently

Are comfortable working remotely and building their own business
Compensation & Work Structure
This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
Your earnings are based on your sales, commissionable bookings, and business growth. This position is best suited for experienced advisors who are comfortable working independently and developing their own client base.
