GOLD HORIZON TRAVEL (“Company”) currently ships orders only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. By placing an order with the Company, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

 
Processing & Handling

2.1. Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times and may vary based on product availability or seasonal demand.

 
Shipping Methods & Delivery

3.1. Gold Horizon Travel, LLC uses standard domestic carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver shipments.

3.2. Because our welcome gifts are personalized, please allow up to 90 days for delivery after your enrollment has been verified. Delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, availability, and seasonal demand.

 
Order Tracking

5.1. When available, a tracking number will be provided by email once the order has shipped.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond its control.

 
Damaged or Lost Shipments

6.1. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify the Company within 7 business days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
6.2. The Company is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address.

 
Address Accuracy

7.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Re-shipment fees will apply if an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 
Amazon Storefront Purchases

8.1. Any items purchased through the Company’s Amazon storefront are subject to Amazon’s shipping policies, rates, and timelines, which may differ from this Shipping Policy.
8.2. Questions regarding shipping, delivery, tracking, or returns for Amazon storefront orders must be directed to Amazon Customer Service. The Company does not control or guarantee Amazon’s fulfillment, handling, or delivery practices.
