Refund Policy

1. Services

1.1. All planning fees, booking fees, memberships, and related services purchased from GOLD HORIZON TRAVEL (“Company”) are non-refundable.
1.2. By engaging the Company’s services, you acknowledge and agree that all service-related payments are final and not eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.

2. Shipped Products

2.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product purchased directly from the Company (excluding items ordered through third-party platforms such as Amazon), please contact us within 7 business days of delivery for assistance.
2.2. Depending on the circumstances, the Company may offer a replacement or store credit at its sole discretion.
2.3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Amazon Storefront Purchases

3.1. Products purchased through the Company’s Amazon storefront are subject exclusively to Amazon’s return and refund policies.
3.2. All inquiries regarding returns, replacements, or refunds for Amazon orders must be directed to Amazon Customer Service.
